Do not waste your money. You are not buying a book but only one recipe. This paella is a seafood paella and it should have said in the title. You can get much better recipe on line for free. I wasted my money.
This paella recipe is a step by step manual which makes it foolproof. I had the privilege of learning how to make this amazing dish by the the author, Joaquin Castillo. And, I can say from experience that this recipe is excellent. You would be purchasing a great tool in your attempt to make this yummy dish! Top ratings from me and my family!
